Double wall elements

Double wall chimney system is designed to remove combustion products from modern low-temperature boilers. The chimney assembled of double wall elements does not require the use of brick materials.

The inner pipe of double wall elements is made of stainless steel, with thickness of 0.5; 0.6; 0.8 or 1mm. The outer pipe is made of stainless steel, 0.5mm thickness or galvanized steel 0.55mm thickness. The same thickness galvanized steel is used for inner pipes in ventilation systems. Basalt fibre of 30-35mm thickness is used for insulation, it can withstand temperature conditions up to 1000°C.

The outer casing performs function of insulation protection from atmospheric moisture. The chimney elements are interconnected with clamps.
